2. Quotes and Services
Quotes are provided after reviewing your property and are valid for the period stated on the quote. The scope, price and schedule of any work are set out in your written quote or service agreement, which governs the work performed.
3. Text Messaging Program (SMS Terms)
Program description
Great Oaks Tree Service sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Non-marketing messages may include replies to your questions, quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, and job updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive seasonal service offers and discounts.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the text message consent box or boxes in the chat window on this website. Non-marketing and marketing messages each have their own checkbox. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (608) 405-6590. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text "START" to (608) 405-6590, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. You may also opt out by replying QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or by telling us by phone or email.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Oaks Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the text messaging program. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your written service agreement or applicable law.
